Fire Prevention Bureau
The Fire Prevention Bureau supports community resilience by reducing risk through proactive fire prevention, inspections, permitting, code enforcement, and fire investigations to protect lives, businesses, and property.
Investigations
The Fishers Fire Department Investigation Team works to determine the cause and origin of fires to provide answers to residents, support public safety, and help prevent future incidents through accurate, impartial investigations.
Incident Report Requests
All requests for a copy of the incident report for a fire must be made by completing the City of Fishers Public Records Request. All requests must contain the following information:
- Date and time of incident
- Address of incident
- Full name of property owner

Day Care Zoning Letter
Please complete the Day Care Zoning Letter form to notify the Fishers Fire Department so they can schedule the required inspection of the daycare.
